New Leaks reveals why Nintendo killed Switch Emulators

So a few weeks ago I tweeted the following reply:
Because Nintendo Switch games will be backwards compatible with the Switch 2, I theorized that the Switch 2 will simply just be a regular Switch with hardware improvements (e.g. more RAM, higher clock speed) and that its backward compatibility is due to sharing the same ROM format and hardware architecture. So if Ryujinx and Yuzu continued development, they can add support to it with relative ease, which would be really bad for Nintendo especially if the Switch 2 got hacked and reverse engineered very early on.
Well looks like we got confirmation of this, following GameFreak's recent Teraleak, which leaked many Pokemon prototypes, early builds and source code for old and upcoming games, also included details about the Switch 2 which we also discovered is codenamed 'Ounce':
According to CentroLeaks, the Switch 2 will still use the same exact ROM format as the Switch 1, aswell as the same tools (I assume by 'tools' they mean the same 'SDK').
